Request Type: Do Not Sell My Information / Delete My Information

DO NOT SELL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION / DELETE MY INFORMATION

California Residents should fill out this form following the CCPA California Privacy Law. If you want your information removed from our system, you MUST sign up with the same email address we have on file, or your request cannot be completed.

This information will be used to process your CCPA request and for no other purpose. We will maintain a record of your request according to Civil Code section 1798.105(d). You will not be added to any list.

If you are submitting a request on behalf of a consumer, you must attach written proof that the consumer has authorized you to operate on his/her behalf when you reply to the verification email.

If you are simply looking to unsubscribe from our email newsletters, please go here and you’ll be instantly unsubscribed.

1. For “Do Not Sell My Personal Information,” please include the following required fields:

  1. Full Name
  2. Email Address you used to sign up. This opts you out of 3rd party newsletters of GAT Marketing’s trusted partners. If you do not enter your correct email address, we will not complete your request.

NOTE: If you wish to unsubscribe to a newsletter we send, open the newsletter and scroll to the bottom of the message. You will see “Unsubscribe” on all newsletters we send. If you do that, you do not need to fill out this form. You may also unsubscribe here.

2. For “Delete My Information,” include the following required fields. Note, you need to use actual data for us to locate your information in our system. If you do not, we will not be able to complete your request. This request will not be processed immediately, and may take up to 45 days to process. To immediately remove yourself from our newsletter mailing lists, please unsubscribe here and then finalize this form to ensure we delete your information.

  1. Full Name
  2. Email Address
  3. Mailing Address (including city, state, and zip).

Note: If you have an outgoing purchase, we will delete everything except the information we need to fulfill the remainder of your purchase (e.g., email address, physical address). We will fill our contracted obligation to you when you purchased the product. You will need to submit the delete form again once your purchase is completed. If you enter anything incorrectly and is not in our system, your request will not be completed.
